- Composite gratings
It is molded by molding technology. Composite cast grates consist of glass fibers embedded in a resin-based composite material. They contain 30-40% of glass fibers, their stiffness is therefore slightly smaller than that of GRS. This structure exhibits excellent load-bearing parameters and, according to additives, also great resistance to chemicals and combustion.
Composite grates are matched to iron grate properties at a very reasonable price. They are therefore a suitable replacement for conventional steel grates. Unlike steel grates, the basic feature of composite grates is elasticity, so in some applications, a smaller support pitch or support over the entire grate perimeter is required. After releasing the load, the grates return to their original position.
Composite grates are available in different heights and colors as well as with different material properties. The maximum dimensions of the cast panels are dependent on the size of the mold and are therefore different for each type of grate.
- Composite profiles
FRP composite profiles are used in a wide range of applications. Their main advantage is a unique combination of features. They are highly rigid, corrosion resistant, dimensionally stable and very lightweight. Furthermore, their advantages are thermal and electrical non-conductivity. Maintenance-free and aging replacement of traditional materials such as steel, wood and aluminum. They will find their application especially in highly demanding applications where stainless steel is required, which is much more expensive. Composite is a good quality and especially cheap substitute.

2.5X HIGHER STRENGTH OF THE BREAKING STRENGTH THAN STEEL
The fiberglass reinforcement has twice the breaking strength compared to the same indicator of the A-III steel fitting at the same diameter. This means that it can have a calculated area twice as small as the steel reinforcement.
9x LIGHTER THAN STEEL
The density of the composite fitting reaches 1.9 t / m3. This means that it is only 1.9 x heavier than water and five times lighter than steel. In terms of strength, the weight of this armature is nine times lower than the weight of the steel fitting. This reduces the cost of transport, loading, unloading, and also facilitates the execution of construction work on the site. In the case of prefabricated structures, less crane requirements
NOT CORRESPONDING/TENDING TO CORROSION
The non-metal armature has absolutely no corrosion susceptibility and does not cause the concrete to be destroyed.
It IS MORE ECONOMICAL.
The use of a composite fitting allows the cost of construction work to be reduced. The lower cost of building structures is achieved thanks to the use of non-metallic armature/fittings of smaller diameter compared to the metal armature/fittings. It is also possible to reduce reinforcement cover due to corrosion resistance -> reduce the statically ineffective part of the cross section and hence the amount of concrete.
